A few months ago I passed my driving test. This was a goal I had for years and an absolute must to achieve. However, this was postponed for years by my fears of driving and perhaps some laziness. Now that I have become a mother, I noticed more and more often what an obstacle it is not to have that pink card.
Last year I turned forty and it made me think more and gave me insight into how I want to organize my life for the next (at least) forty years.
My goal is to make all the dreams I have postponed come true and therefore get out of my comfort zone. This also means that I have to face my fears. Because I am actually the only one standing between me and my dreams. And in my comfort zone I will never grow! I have been saying for a few years that I want to go outside. But what do I actually mean by this?
I noticed that during the pandemic period, like most people, I went quite inward and mainly spent a lot of time in my head. Fear is something that lives in my genes, but this was quite fueled and more deeply rooted. While I actually wasn't like that at all. I was alive & kicking, always up for anything and could be found everywhere in the city. I got to know so many people through this and made connections with them. But in the times that came after that and the world went into lockdown, I also became more anxious, mainly in my head. Suddenly thinking way too much and self-conscious. Now that's not always wrong. But I noticed especially two years ago that I wanted to scream from within to come out, deep inside, from my soul, so to speak.
I want to connect more again, because I know I am good at this. In recent years I have spent more and more time in studies and self-study. This has given me much more knowledge. Knowledge that is very obvious to me because I live very consciously. But that is not so obvious if you are not so busy with it.
About fourteen years ago I came across myself well and then I made a choice to get to know myself better, to love more and to make healthier choices. In the meantime, being aware has become the common thread in my life. This guideline has given me so much peace, self-love, knowledge and growth.
Because I have consciously started working on developing myself in the area of health, this has also become my way of life. It keeps me busy all day long, not only with myself, but also with my family, friends and the people around me and with whom I work.
This allows me to not only help myself with the healing process we call life, but also others around me. By delving more and more into the knowledge of the human body and experiencing it myself through research and my work. I was able to give so much more support to myself and my clients in restoring and finding a healthy balance.
Because of which I have been able to experience many positive changes in myself and in the people around me and with whom I work.
By sharing my knowledge and inspiring others, I can pass on the energy of awareness and thus motivate others to become aware.
We as humans are constantly evolving and I believe we are here on this planet to learn from each other and hopefully inspire each other in a positive way. Who knows, we might make each other more aware of what happy and healthy living is. Because it is so much more than just eating your vegetables and happiness is something different for everyone. It's not a one size fits all.
So therefore, let me inspire you!
Love,
Farrah
