With thirteen years of experience in teaching various yoga classes, Farrah brings her knowledge of the human body and personal attention to the mat. Her classes are therapeutic, caring, playful, a place where it is mainly about feeling safe and good. The movements are always very conscious and connected to the breath, which creates space and peace in the body and mind. One class is more about strength, another more about stretch, but often mainly about letting go and connecting with yourself and your body. The classes can sometimes feel like a challenge, but always in a respectful way towards the body. We do this by maintaining the constant connection with the breath. In order to come home to yourself! And to gain more awareness and learn to be in the here and now. A way of life that she herself also practices on and off the yoga mat.
