
Sports & Movement
Besides yoga I also love sports. In 2020 I first started to feel love for the gym.
Years before I didn't like it at all and it was boring. Until I tried it again and noticed what it did to my body. How strong it made me and what fine substances it produced in my head. I was also a mother by then, everything was no longer as tight as three years before and I loved that moment for myself. I then got good information about what I could do best to see results and ultimately achieve my goals.
In addition, during my training as a Yoga Therapist I learned a lot more about the human body and how muscle mass decreases more and more from the age of thirty. This year my mission is to pay even more attention to this and that is why I have set a goal for myself. Namely to become STRONGER!!
